Aqualoc Pour'n'Seal

DESCRIPTION

Aqualoc – Pour & Seal is made from a highly modified asphalt emulsion. Aqualoc – Pour & Seal is a cold applied liquid rubber membrane, single component pourable system that can be used for a multitude of applications.

USAGE

Aqualoc – Pour & Seal goes over numerous applications such as Gravel Roofing, Torchdown Roofing, Roofing Repairs, Corrosion and Rust Protection, Waterproofing and Concrete Protection, Basement Walls, Foundations and more. Aqualoc – Pour & Seal can be used with non woven geo textile for extra strength and protection.

LIMITATIONS

Aqualoc – Pour & Seal should not be applied when ambient temperature is below 45ºF/7.2°C. Do not apply if rain is imminent. Make sure surface is dry and clean. Do not store in direct sunlight. Product should be allowed to cure before re-coating. Shelf life is minimum 9 months in tightly sealed containers. Uncured product is subject to damage if frozen. Do not apply to wet or frosted surfaces.

APPLICATION

Aqualoc – Pour & Seal can be applied with a squeegee, roller or raked into gravel while pouring. Mechanically mix product slowly, before and during application. Product will fully cure in 24 hours at 70°F (21°C) 50% relative humidity. Apply liberally, approx. 30 sq ft per gallon (depending on roofing substrate conditions), allow first coat to dry before re-applying. Curing time is affected by relative humidity and temperature. Product turns from brown (wet) to black (dry). Please call Aqualoc Corporation for correct application methods and procedures.

CAUTION

When applying, wear gloves, eye protection and other suitable personal protective equipment. Stored product will be damaged if allowed to freeze. Consult the MSDS for further information.
